Our expert team provides comprehensive solutions for heating, cooling, and domestic hot water (DHW) preparation systems, guaranteeing optimal energy efficiency and maximum comfort for your space, regardless of whether it is a residential, commercial, or tourism facility.

We work exclusively according to the highest global standards (EU norms, DIN and ISO) and in cooperation with leading equipment manufacturers, ensuring all installed equipment is certified and reliable.

Our expertise in thermal installations covers two main areas:

1. Air Conditioning and Cooling

We offer modern and energy-efficient solutions for air conditioning and cooling, tailored to the specific needs of each client. Our solutions have been implemented in numerous hotels, office buildings, and residential facilities.

Heating and cooling installations (refrigerant and water-based systems): We execute all types of systems, from simple split and multi-split refrigerant systems to complex water-based systems. Our heating and cooling systems are found in facilities such as Split Airport, Hotel Park Makarska, and the Medarevo General Hospital in Dubrovnik.

Fan coil unit installations: As a flexible and efficient method of heating and cooling, we install fan coil unit systems. These systems allow for precise temperature regulation in each room and are ideal for office spaces (e.g., the HEP Administrative Building in Dubrovnik), hotels (e.g., Hotel Valamar Koralj), and retail centers like Emezzeta.

Heat Pump Systems: We implement advanced systems that use heat pumps (water-based systems) as a renewable energy source for heating and cooling, providing high efficiency and reduced operating costs. Examples of our installations can be seen in facilities like the Imperium Restaurant in Split and Hotel Tirena in Dubrovnik.

2. Central Heating and Boiler Rooms

Our central heating solutions provide reliable, safe, and economical warmth, using the most modern technologies and energy sources.

Underfloor heating installations: To achieve maximum comfort and a clean aesthetic without visible heating elements, we execute underfloor heating systems. This solution is ideal for family homes, villas, and wellness centers, such as the one at Hotel Marina.

Radiator heating installations: We install classic and modern radiator heating systems. This represents a reliable and proven solution that we have implemented in numerous facilities, including schools (e.g., OŠ Pojišan – Split), health centers (e.g., Health Center Šibenik), and retirement homes.

Gas heating installations: We specialize in safe and efficient gas heating installations, including complex procedures like installing external HDPE pipelines and equipping gas reduction stations. Our notable project in this segment is the Faculty of Medicine in Split, where we installed a gas heating system with an underground tank.

Boiler Rooms and Plant Rooms: The heart of every large thermo-technical system is the plant room. We perform complete outfitting and installation of boiler rooms and the installation of high-capacity hot water boilers (e.g., 4.5 MW at Hotel Valamar Lacroma). Our expertise ensures the entire system functions flawlessly, reliably, and with high efficiency, which we have proven on numerous projects from hotels and office buildings (e.g., Strabag, HEP) to public institutions like police stations and elementary schools.
